Project

The project incorporates strategies to reduce water, energy, and resource consumption.

Thanks to efficient plumbing fixtures, native vegetation, and treated water irrigation, it achieved water savings of 51.55% indoors and 100% outdoors.

The optimized envelope, along with skylights and efficient lighting fixtures, reduced energy consumption by 11.51%.

Materials with recycled content were used, and the design was optimized through life cycle analysis to minimize environmental impacts.

98.07% of the occupied areas benefit from optimal natural lighting, reducing the need for artificial light.
