The initial schematic design and design development phases were carried out in close collaboration with the architectural firms 444 and Sasaki, which were responsible for the project’s master plan.
During the development and construction phases, the team worked directly with the client, Salud Digna, as well as with the construction company Franser.
Salud Digna’s mission is to help people take care of their health and improve their quality of life.
With the purpose of providing access to quality healthcare for all, and a vision of becoming the most prestigious healthcare institution in Latin America, recognized for its high quality and accessibility, these values were reflected in every decision made throughout the project’s certification process.
Project
The project was designed to achieve the highest levels of quality and comfort for its corporate office spaces.
The project is located within a campus, which enabled the achievement of several LEED credits under this approach.
The shared areas with the CNR laboratories feature selected paving materials designed to reduce the heat island effect, the use of native vegetation, and a highly efficient irrigation system supported by soil moisture sensors.
Although the park is primarily intended for use by Salud Digna employees, it is expected to become a landmark in the area and will be open to the public.
The park offers a wide variety of recreational spaces, including sculptures, break areas, a children’s playground, fountains, soccer fields, a jogging track, a bike path, and several other outstanding amenities.

Challenges
As the new corporate headquarters of Salud Digna, the objective was for the building to be not only architecturally iconic, but also capable of responding to the current and future needs of the organization.
For this reason, approximately 30% of the project—from the 5th to the 9th floors—was designed as Core & Shell, allowing the spaces to be adapted and expanded as the project evolves, always under clear guidelines aligned with LEED criteria.
Another key challenge was ensuring that the park landscaping met the design objectives while maintaining a low irrigation demand. To achieve this, soil moisture sensors were integrated, enabling a minimum 50% reduction in irrigation water consumption.
