Sustainability Strategies
The project integrates environmental solutions focused on mobility, energy efficiency, water savings, and responsible materials management.
- A 30% reduction in parking spaces was achieved compared to the ITE standard, and more than 45 daily community transport trips are provided to reduce the use of private vehicles.
- The building incorporates low-consumption fixtures that enable 48% water savings, LED lighting achieving over 60% energy reduction compared to the baseline case, and a 500 kW photovoltaic system that generates 5% of the building’s annual energy demand.
- Additionally, 23% of the materials used contain recycled content, comprehensive waste separation is promoted, and the design incorporates passive strategies such as reflective exterior walls (72% of the total façade area) and fresh air injection through the HVAC system to enhance indoor environmental quality.
