FIBRA SHOP seeks to transform shopping centers into spaces for community and socialization, promoting sociocultural, artistic, sporting, and wellness activities.
The "Center of Life" model, of which La Perla is a part, is designed to offer unique and free experiences that promote the social well-being of our visitors within the buildings.

Client

FibraShop is a real estate investment trust that has revolutionized the commercial real estate sector with its Living Center concept.
It began in 2013 with 8 properties and now has 19.
It seeks to link its entire portfolio to health and wellness practices through the WELL Health and Safety Rating, with the first certified project being La Perla Living Center.
Project

To meet the rating standard, a series of policies were implemented, and activities were planned and developed to contribute to quality of life and collective well-being.
The main areas of impact were:
