The Project
The project implements strategies to reduce water, energy, and resource consumption.
It includes efficient plumbing fixtures, achieving 52.64% savings indoors compared to the LEED base case, and native vegetation with drip irrigation outdoors, achieving 81.27% savings.
The efficient enclosure and lighting enable energy savings of 19.56% compared to the ASHRAE 90.1-2010 base case.
More than 10 economically, socially, and environmentally responsible materials were selected, prioritizing those with Environmental Product Declarations. A Life Cycle Assessment was conducted, achieving significant reductions in all impact categories evaluated.
