Project

The project implements strategies to reduce water, energy, and resource consumption.


  • It includes efficient plumbing fixtures, achieving more than 55% savings in indoor water use compared to the LEED baseline case.


  • Native vegetation with drip irrigation in outdoor areas allows for a 51% reduction in water consumption.


  • The building envelope and efficient lighting systems enable energy savings of over 26% compared to the ASHRAE 90.1-2010 baseline case.


  • Priority was given to the selection of materials based on social and environmental responsibility criteria, with preference for those with Environmental Product Declarations.


  • A Life Cycle Assessment was conducted for the entire building, confirming the positive impact due to significant reductions across all evaluated impact categories.
