The project consists of a main building divided into three modules, including warehouse areas and speculative office spaces, as well as guardhouses and common areas.

Project

The design incorporated sustainable strategies to:


Reduce the heat island effect through a roof with a high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI).


Implement an on-site photovoltaic system for renewable energy generation.


Integrate native plant species that do not require permanent irrigation.


Incorporate ventilation systems and high-efficiency equipment in accordance with ASHRAE standards.


Install LED lighting fixtures with energy efficiency controls.
