The project implemented various sustainable strategies.


The design of both buildings enabled achieving over 75% daylight autonomy in regularly occupied areas, promoting occupant well-being.


Additionally, more than 65% of the waste generated during the construction process was diverted from landfills.

Due to the project’s location, there are limited options available to reach the site using public transportation.
