General description
Terralago
Terralago is a mixed-use urban development spanning 35.8 hectares, comprising 1,533 residential units distributed across 317 residential lots and 28 multifamily buildings. Additionally, the project includes 5 mixed-use lots.
The development will feature several urban parks, one of which will be donated to serve as a public space.

Project
Terralago is a mixed-use urban development located in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, conceived as a planned community grounded in sustainability principles from its earliest stages.
The project integrates residential, commercial, and service components, complemented by an extensive network of public spaces exceeding 75,000 m², including green areas, recreational spaces, and ecological corridors.
Its planning was carried out under the LEED for Communities: Plan and Design v4.1 framework, reflecting a comprehensive approach to urban design.
This approach incorporates, from early stages, considerations such as infrastructure efficiency, connectivity, mixed-use integration, and the resilience of the built environment, consolidating a systemic vision of development.
As a result, Terralago stands out as a benchmark in Mexico, having achieved LEED Gold for Communities certification, and is part of a select group of projects worldwide that meet these advanced standards of urban sustainability.

The development delivers tangible benefits across key dimensions:
Environmental
- Significant reduction in water consumption through the treatment of 100% of wastewater generated on-site.
- Rainwater harvesting and reuse, integrated into the landscape design through nature-based solutions such as wetlands.
- Conservation of existing forested areas, prioritizing the protection of local ecosystems.
- Preservation of flora and fauna, including the implementation of wildlife relocation programs to protected areas when necessary.
Mobility and Urban Quality
- Implementation of a fully subsidized internal transportation system, improving mobility within the development and helping reduce reliance on private vehicles.
