Strategies Applied in the Project

➣ An efficient building envelope design was incorporated, including skylights to maximize natural daylight and low-consumption LED lighting with automatic controls for both interior and exterior spaces.

These measures resulted in an energy savings of 23.4% compared to a conventional building.

➣ The number of parking spaces was reduced compared to the baseline, and spaces for efficient and electric vehicles were included, promoting more sustainable transportation options.

➣ To mitigate the heat island effect, a high-SRI reflective roof finish was used.

➣ In outdoor areas, landscaping with native species and the use of non-potable water completely eliminated the need for irrigation.

74.5% of the regularly occupied area achieves optimal lighting levels using only natural daylight, significantly contributing to comfort and energy efficiency.

The entire process was overseen by a LEED Accredited Professional, ensuring the proper implementation of the adopted sustainability strategies.
