Project
The project incorporates strategies aimed at reducing water, energy, and resource consumption.
Through integrated strategies—such as the inclusion of natural skylights, solar panels, energy consumption metering and monitoring, and a no-irrigation landscape design—significant reductions in water and energy use were achieved.
Achievements
Energy savings of 33.44% were achieved for the building and the industrial warehouse reached 100% savings in outdoor water use through the implementation of xerophilic landscaping with local species.
