The project incorporates strategies to reduce water, energy, and resource consumption.
➤ By using native vegetation, which requires less irrigation, along with an efficient irrigation system, a 50% reduction in outdoor water use was achieved compared to the baseline.
➤ An on-site water treatment plant dedicated to irrigation was implemented, resulting in a 100% reduction in potable water consumption for outdoor use.
➤ Additionally, the use of high-efficiency plumbing fixtures led to a 51% reduction in indoor water consumption.
➤ During construction, materials with recycled content and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) were specified, aligning with environmental responsibility objectives.
➤ Furthermore, high-efficiency lighting fixtures and ventilation equipment were installed, achieving a 22.64% reduction in the project’s overall energy consumption.
